Hi, cutting to the chase I want a vBulletin 4 Publishing Suite skin taylor made for my site. (For anyone that recalls a similar post by me a few weeks ago the reason for me reposting is that everyone that's applied cannot seem to get the job done). You must be fluent in English as well as provide examples of previous work. Should be compatible with the latest vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite release (4.0.6 as of now). My budget is $225 which includes both the designing and coding of the skin. There is no deadline for this project as I feel that I don't want a rush job, however with that in mind I can't be sitting around waiting forever.
