Custom vB Pages?

    Does anyone here have experience with creating custom vBulletin pages? By this I mean a page where the header, footer, and navbar from your forums are there but you have custom HTML and/or CSS in the body of the page. I've been trying to get a way to do this from vbulletin.com but I haven't been very successful in their support forum.
