Dear All, I am using thesis theme with All in One SEO Plugin, Now I have double entry boxes for Custom Title and Description Tags, Which Box should I choose to write 1. thesis Additional SEO Options 2. All in One SEO Pack Ones ? 3. Write Same in Both Boxes, Please reply , Thanks,
You'd want to use the Thesis custom information. The theme doesn't play well with the All in One SEO Pack. Not all the features in All in One pass through to help SEO when using Thesis 1.8. (This is a known issue. You can find a LOT of posts on it by searching Google. This is supposedly being resolved in Thesis 1.9 according to the developers when working with Yoast on his SEO plugin.)
If you are using Thesis 1.8 there is no point in using the All in One portions on individual blog posts. You can just use the Thesis 1.8 fields.
No point in installing all in one SEO when you have thesis theme.. Thesis SEO is far better than all in one SEO.. Make sure you deactivate the plugin and use thesis custom fields for tags titles..
if you read thesis blog, they always recomend not to install any plugins.. the only plugin Chris pearson recommended was for sitemaps and WP super cache. Apart from that always write custom code in custom_functions.php...
