Custom themes on wordpress.com?

    I wonder if it is possible to use custom themes on wordpress.com?

    I think no, you can only edit css, but I need to make sure.

    Sure you can build custom themes on WP and there are thousands of themes you can download for free or buy. Can you be more specific?

    You have to download themes to edit their files. Then you upload them. (Editing = all scripts and files)
