The concept is pretty simple, when you register, you get an island, and you have to build a resort on top of it, there are over 200 tasks/things to do. including building a "gang" and attacking other resorts.

Money making : The site is a turn based site, so users can buy more turns by buying (Paypal supported)

I bought the script for $30. I have edited the script a bit, but the functionality is the same.

Yes how to play ?

 

Its simple, once you register, you can click on any available island slots and start building your resort.
you'll have few resources, so you need to build the appropriate stuff for the island, important things like hotels stuff like that, the concept is just like AGE of Empires but instead of building a kingdom, u are building a resort.
The game is self explanatory, just register and play around, you'll get the hang of it.

regarding the questions.

1. in fairness to the new buyer, i wouldn't disclose where i got the script from so that people dont buy and create 'competition' however i would tell the details to the buyer and proof of purchase if required.

2. No the transfer is free (free push)

3. The site is hosted in my hostmonster account, the buyer can continue hosting it there for a year and after that a very very low hosting charge (I've already paid for 5 years in advance)
