Pretty stringent requirements for someone just to bid on the privilege to have you design something for them. I'd give you a WP template job, but my lowly 100 or so posts don't meet your standards. PM me f you ever come down to the level of most of the people here.
This is not an auction. This is my thread for offering my services. I said I will design one template or chosen graphic for one user with over 1,000 posts in exchange for an honest review of my services because I currently have no portfolio to offer.
