For the first 3 customers, I will make an uncoded template for the price of $25.00 USD index + $15.00 USD per subpage. All that I ask in return is that you leave a truthful description of my service and what you though about it. That is all I ask. A truthful and detailed testimonial.

$75.00 USD index + $30.00 USD per subpage.

This offer is just short term as well because I am looking to build up more designs to put into my portfolio.

If he wasn't clear on what needed to be done, he asked you very specifically as to make it easier on the buyer. If I didn't like the direction he was going, I could tell him and he would constructively build on that for the final design.
