Custom Shopping Cart

    I have a client that wants a shopping cart with the ability to resize and reposition the cart contents- kind of like so they can build/view a "collection" or "gift set" before purchasing. I assume this must be done in flash but any idea where to start or what to tell them?

    It can most likely be done with javascript and css at this point. There's very little need to use flash at this point in web development especially with the emergence of html5.

    Yes. There are few script is market for shopping cart. They allow you to customize as per your need and technical guys ll do it for you. In this issue, i would recommend AJ Shopping cart script which is better in customizations.

    You can use Wordpress + WP E-Commerce plugin with customization to achieve this feature in an e-commerce website.
    Its better to avoid FLASH , as it takes time to load & also not SEO friendly
