Looking for one of two things. What I need at the end of the day is a site that can offer a blog community (where users sign up to get their own blogs via my website)...like wordpress-multi-user. Integrated into this I need almost a twitter style homepage. When a user enters a new post in their blog, there will be an added text box where they need to enter a 150 character summary of their post. This summary will then be posted in twitter style, on my homepage. I have designed what i want the homepage to look like and I am open to PM offers, though budget is tight & strict.
