As for mysapce spamming, posting bulletins is pretty much spamming, cause your promoting a product to a group that doesent want it promoted, and you are doing so by soliciting people via a social networking site.

Although the ads are placed nice, no where near nice enough to generate that kind of CTR from a general audience, that would be even high from a targeted audience.

As for changing your IP 100 times, its really not necessary. You probably just went on some forum, and asked a bunch of people to help you out by clicking an ad.

 

Hi guys. I will not defend anyone, but there are nothing in this thread that proves a scam. If you think 5% CTR is high you have A LOT to learn.

Like I posted earlier if this was a unique content site with highly targeted traffic, adn well placed ads, I might understand a 5% CTR. He has more then 5% CTR, he has no unique content, he has supposedly myspace bulletins sent to spam his site to a general audience. There is no possible way that he will get a 5% CTR unless he is cheating by either clicking his ads, or asking others to click his ads.

Wait, before you ask him, beware ..he may accuse you of scamming. I have never scammed anyone in my life, let alone on DP. Slava is a complete waste of a DP account.

 

I can't vouch for Damien as a seller or person, but a 5% CTR is pretty easy with a proxy. I have 30 proxies, all with the exact same design...some have a 2% CTR, others are close to 10%. Proxy traffic is the most unpredictable traffic in the webmaster business from what I can tell.

Again, I am not vouching for anyone, I'm just throwing some facts out there.

I didn't provide insight into Slava, I provided insight into proxies in general.

 

Yes I have, and am currently running proxy sites, may I add that none of them have ever reached a 5% CTR. I am an honest webmaster and do not click nor do I endorse others to click my own ads.

You seem to be insinuating that the only way to achieve high CTR with a proxy site is to be unethical in your advertising, and that is simply untrue. In fact, none of the proxies in the PalSys network are EVER advertised. All traffic is organic via quality backlinks, both in North America and overseas, and users are never encouraged to click anything.
