I have a budget of 1500 USD (maybe more) for a complete redesign on my pligg website and word press blog combo. If you have php and coding skills this would be a big benefit as I would like to optimize the website for best performance loading and user experience. The job would require a complete custom theme from PSD to implementation in a live environment. It would require creating badges and buttons for our blogging members blogs and banners. 1. You design the theme in complete on your own server in a secret folder where only we have access. 2. Once completed I pay 50% and once installed and to my working order I will complete the payment.
