I have already hired one guy to make me one template, but maybe could use another. I have five phplinkbid sites. My budget is small, mainly because I have been promoting one of my sites. I can afford $150 for a decent layout, I am good at graphic design. Send me a email, as I do not do PMs. I can send you some example sites that I might like to mimic.
