does anybody know how to do these? I'd like to customise my forum better but my customisation skills are very limited!

Happy to pay if someone can help out

Wilson you can take a base skin such as prosilver and then tweak it as per your need. If you need a complete custom skin, you would need to hire a professional. Also what version of phpBB are you using ..3.x or 2.x ?

Do you have a budget in mind ? I have done similar project recently.

    Cheers,
    MM

Currently using phpBB3.0.6 (I think). Whatever the latest one is.

I've been trying to tweek it myself for a couple of days! I just can't get it to work properly and I'm at the limits of my knowledge. I've created sidebar.htmls etc, I just can't get it all to sit properly. I'd ideally like a sidebar down at least one side of the forum where i can add a widget, banner advertising, adwords.. something along those lines.

I've got a budget in mind. If you think you could do it maybe pm me with your offer :)

This pic shows what i'm after basically. I'm already running with a template that positions the forum index in the center of the page, and leaves space down either side... I just can't put anything in the blank spaces atm. So I need to create useable sidebars down the side.
