Buying Custom Photo Rating Script

    I need someone to code me a completely custom Photo Rating script for use on a new site.

    Basically, when the homepage loads, I want the visitor to see an photo, with a rating feature. When the user rates the photo, the image is replaced with a new photo to rate and so on.

    A 'Top Rated Images' page will also need to be included.

    I will also need an admin area to delete inappropriate photos.

    Design isn't important as I can do this myself.

    I have done alot of works wich included top xx images, voting/leaving comments.

    Please tell me more about the project and what you think you can spend on it!
