Buying Custom payment option for opencart (PHP)

    Hi there,
    i am looking for someone fluent in PHP, preferably with previous experience in the open cart script.

    The aim would be to edit the existing moneyorder/cheque payment module.
    Replace its existing content and make it so the item is added to the cart for RESERVATION

    this means removing the ability to pay online (disabling other gateways is simple obviously)
    so the idea is to literally reword it to reservation for instore collection or free local delivery.
    Once added to the basket the user Registers/Logs in to Reserve it (complete order)

    When someone places an order it would display in the backend like a normal order but without taking the money online.
    The shop can then phone them and complete the order from there.

    Should be quite simple but i thought i would explain it in depth,
