Custom Notebooks - Where did / do you buy them? [NO OS]

    Hi , there have any of you bought any custom laptops , if so share your experience .

    I must have the ability to choose No operating system and have total control of processor ram ect.

    Want to share a website i can use , also it must accept paypal. lol
