Hi, I am looking for a way to produce my own designed "notebook". I need control to edit the front / back covers as well as the way the pages inside the notebook are designed. Does anyone know of a site offering such a service? (something similar to cafepress but i need more control). Ideally a service that can print on-demand rather than me having to submit a large order.
