Selling Custom Niche Site - Mediterranean Cruises

I have decided to stop doing internet stuff full-time and go back to part-time only. Thus the reason I am selling this site.

This site is brand new, maybe half a month old with a lot of potential!

The articles are 100% unique to this site, and its on the first page of Google for keyword, "best Mediterranean cruises"

Since its inception, maybe half a month ago, it has already made 1.19$ with Google adsense, so I am confident, in the hands of the right person, this site can really soar and make you good money.

It has some backlinks already built to it, and has been submitted to several social bookmarking sites.

Traffic comes from Google, Stumbleupon, Yahoo, etc... It has already received 173 unique visitors this month, so like I said, in the hands of the right person, this site can be really great, with very little effort.
