    I have posted on this thread various times that you need to submit a support ticket for us to fix your problem. If we could not connect to your server or had other issues out of our control then we will sort it out as soon as we can.

    We have spent hours on some peoples sites without things been fixed at there end so currently we are sorting issues rather than refunding

    Why should people need to submit support tickets? It just looks like a more complicated way to drag things out, surely you can answer emails or PM's no?

    The issue with PM/Email is that some people ad submitted the wrong info etc and when dealing with over 50 people at one time it could lead to issues. The DP PM service was also running slow or stop which was no good for anyone.

    The support ticket means I can keep track of the customers and they can keep an eye on progress.!

    It's all LIES, it just doesn't add up.

    First of all, how is it possible that soo many things are "out of your control" like you said it is. Never seen this happen before.

    LIES, I sent my support ticket and my ticketnumber was 2 (TWO!). As far as I know the ticketnumbers just go up. I assume ticket number 1 was probably a test to see if everything works.

    W-T-F ???

    5 days ago PM was your best option.

    Splashkid, you seem to be the only person for whom DP's PM is not working, so I am going to post here to make sure you see it.

    I have filed a claim with PayPal.

    Again, you do what you want, but I think the correct thing to do would be to send me my money back since you and I know you did not do any work for me, to the point that I don't even have a password to file a ticket with your company. Not that tickets seem to help any, from what I am reading, but I can't even do that...
