    Hello DP members I am looking to clean off my server for start some new projects. Here is a MFA site with custom design and is earning from adsense. There has been very little promotion done to this site, but if promoted you can earn $200+ a month. I am been running these kinds of sites for 2 years now and they all did very good. The site will be a PR3 on the next update has tons of backlinks from PR2,3,4 and have alot of index pages.

    This sites gets about 40 to 70 uniques a day and $0.25 to $2.00 from adsense a day
