I can understand if you aren't comfortable paying ahead of time. I've made many sites and I've always done payment in advance, and that's the way I will continue. I build these sites on the buyer's hosting account using the domain they purchase. When I build a site and then don't get payment, the site is on their hosting. I can't turn around and sell the site that wasn't paid for to another buyer. That's why I take payments up front. If you would rather buy from someone who delivers in advance, I understand completely and encourage you to buy from someone you feel comfortable with.

 

I agree, but I said that just to help you out. You might be reputable in Warriorforums, but I know in DP, pretty much everyone would be reluctant to deal with you without some feedback score.

Just look at my feedback score, I will definitely pay you if you can deliver results. I have many high traffic sites, I buy/sell sites, links etc here. I won't jeopardize my account for that small project and money.
