    Hi Everyone,

    So I now really need the cash, so I am willing to reduce the price of this site by A LOT!

    I am taking a HUGE hit on this one, but I really have no choice.

    I had this site designed, coded into XHTML, and then coded into a WP theme, as I had plans to start a web hosting company. I ended up not having the time I thought I would (as I am a university student), so it has just been sitting. That said, somehow beyond my knowledge, the site is getting traffic! People really want the service, and it must somehow be coming up in google.

    New owner will get the domain and all the files including PSDs, XHTML, and WP. You will have to transfer the site over yourself, as I do not know how to do it, though I will leave my hosting up for 7 days after purchase.
