    Hello everyone!

Up for sale is myThesaurus.org free online thesaurus. It is newly made site (by me) so assume there is no traffic and revenue. Your challenge would be to drive visitors to it and make $ out of it by using AdSense or some language learning affiliate programs. Site has unique cross-browser compatible design (made using GIMP) with valid XHTML and CSS code.

I thought I bought all the rights to this script in another auction you had: Custom Coded Online Thesaurus for Sale

The only think that changes here is the site design. What about the code?!?

    Hello!

It is very slippery with these code beings. I did not use completely the same code, of course I referenced the code written previously, but its not simply the copy.

With site uniqueness I meant, that its not simply copied and put for sale here, but uniquely made, design, code, mainly design. I don't believe that there are developers writing code every time from scratch, but are reusing already build portfolio of code instead. With full rights I meant that you will be able to do with code whatever you want to, make copies, sell and so on.

Also there was people asking me via PM, will I ever sell similar sites and I answered that I have some future plans, but it will never be a copy of the site, and if someone thinks functionality, then its long time no longer unique, because there are already thesaurus.com, synonym.com and other long-time players with functionality of retrieving synonyms.

Looks like I'll have to read on that software rights being. And I feel sorry that I made some confusion.

I think that the code can't be very different, I'm sure it's 100% the same. The only thing that changed is the interface.

You should never have said the above if you planned to reuse that code, i also wouldn't have put in a BIN bid if I knew that you were going to try and sell the code multiple times.
I'm the only one who has a right to sell that code, so please close this thread.

You can't be sure its 100% the same code and you can't say its the interface the ONLY thing that changes.

    Thread closed.
