Go daddy, Sedo, Ebay are some great places to find buyers. You can make your DN more saleble by including some freebies like ebooks related to your niche. Or you can create a report to highlight the advantages of buying your site like age of the DN, no of backlinks, no of visitors, page rank, etc.
