    there was a sticky bug where all forum threads were stickied at one stage, and they did their best to correct the issue manually.

    Websiker is correct. You could certainly command a decent fee for this website because overall it is very nice, although you would receive a LOT more for your site if it had good authority and some good SEO applied to it.
