Sorry everyone, close the mouth on the serpent! I know I drew it that way but it was the only way my rudimentary skills could make it look like a snake.

Concept 2

NO CLIPART, NO STOCK LOGO. 100% CUSTOM LOGO

 

It was brought to my attention that the staff/$ can't be too tall (mine was too big too) because it creates unused space in the header.

 

Just a reminder that as cool as the staff of caduceus looks (two snakes/wings), it is not the same as the wooden staff of aesculapius which is associated with medicine.

@Vector, nice job with the snake, try shrinking the staff/S down a bit, interesting font, reminds me of my childhood somehow, atari? Some 80's font I know I've seen...
If you guys want to see the two staffs. Here they are. Might want to try a wooden staff. We don't want the hermes wings as it was only used by the US military medical but not any of the other medical associations (NOt knocking anyone, just saying it is less common in the medical world)

 

@Altruist Design, I like your thought of creating a separate symbol to fit the title bar. Again, don't use the wings though..

 

yes thats 80's but I made it custom haha take a look at this one..
