I'm looking to hire someone to create ID templates for each state. For this first order, I need just one made. If it's of acceptable quality, you might be hired to make 49 more. I'm willing to pay 20$ for the first id. If I choose to hire you for the full job, we will negotiate a rate for all 50. Image qualifications: - Must be in PSD format. If we need to add or modify, it must be easy to do so. - Must NOT resemble a real drivers license. So you will have to check with the state's drivers license before making the id (usually you can find it by typing in STATE drivers license on google images). This card is going to be an Organ Doner card. - Must NOT say drivers license on them. - Image needs a place for name, height, weight, birth date, expiration date, address, issue date, sex, eye color, hair color, and a place for a 9 digit ID number. Also a spot for signature. - It needs a spot for a picture to be inserted (headshot). - I only need the front. - It should say Organ Doner on it.
