But consider the following: Google will see http://www.yoursite.com/534675/why-buy-aci-berry-online/ much more relevant than http://www.yoursite.com/article.php?id=534675 ,as it contains the keywords you're looking forward to ranking with in the URL itself. What can be more relevant than that? You're also making it easier for GoogleBot to index your site - and preventing it from thinking it's on an infinite loop (because the only thing that changes between URLs is a number) and thus getting indexed faster and much, much better.
