    i have a dedicated server with 4 gb ram, 130 gb hdd ( 70 gb in raid protected mode, makes it superfast as well) 2.4 x 4core xeon processor. unmetered 10mb ps bw ( burstable to 100 mbps)


    NO nulled/proxy/gameservers/ related stuff.

    direct admin installed.

    1- willing to share the dedicated server with someone.

    OR

    2 - if you want i can make you a custom hosting package for it ( if you have outgrown out of shared but not yet big enough to take dedicated by yourself)

    OR

    3 - trade server resources for something ( like adsense revenue share for the sites hosted etc)

    it's a managed one, so you don't have to worry about managing the server.
