It looks to me like there is no way to customize the appearance of the invoices that Paypal sends to my customers. Is that correct? I would like to put some graphics on the invoices, to reinforce the branding in the minds of the customers who receive them. Does anyone know a way?
Try the Payment Request Wizard for Outlook. It's under Email Payments on Merchant Services. I believe you will be able to customize the email sent to your customers. Hope that helps.
Dang, I use GMail and the Paypal wizard only works with Outlook and Outlook Express! Thank you for the tip, Affilorama, it shows that adding custom graphics to Paypal invoices can be done. I wish Paypal would create a GMail version.
