custom google search form and button?

I am using wordpress on my site with a search feature in the template. I would like to replace the default search form to a Google adsense search form. Is there anyone here than can help me with the customization?

I think Google doesn't allow change of code for adsense for search.

 

any modification in ad code will lead you to a ban

 

I just spent a long time trying to figure this out. I am glad I learned some things but very disappointed if I am not allowed to customize and integrate the search box into my site as you can with the text ads.
