Hi, I am working on subtitle site and I need to somebody add 2 upload box. 1 for uploading of subtitle file,and second for uploading pictures of that file, and about 2 custom fields. For example, users register on my site, and he goes to that page, enter: Subtitle title, add subtitle file and picture, select category and enter maybe information like: FPS, number of CD-s.
