Custom Field Wordpress

Hello in one of my themes i have two custom fields (Video and Thumbnail) how would i add these two custom fields to my new theme?

Where is the fields?? Can I look at that??

I guess the code is in header.php of the theme directory. Copy the code you want and past in the new theme.

 

ITs not in the header, i can find it, plus i dont know what im looking for.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
