Custom ebay templated wanted

Hi,
im looking to have a custom ebay template created,

i wouldnt want a standard layout as many ebay users have, and i would also like a box with a little brief description
which i can change language, so buyers can click which language they would like, if this is possible

if anyone can do this please let me know with prices,
