Custom dns to view my forum why?

    Hi

    I have a problem with my forum.

    Many users can't view my forum and they get a message that doesn't exist.

    After many tests i found that if they add manual in the network settings the dns1 and dns2
    from there company is working great.

    (All other sites working great without the custom dns settings)

    I don't know why and where is the problem and how i can fix it.

    Is the problem at hosting company or at domain registration godaddy?

    * I buy the domain from godaddy and this is my settings:

    [​IMG]
    NS1.MYFORUM.COM (with the ip of my server)
    NS1.MYFORUM.COM (with another ip that i am not sure what it is)
