Buying Custom diet website layout

    I am looking for a webdesigner that can design me a template that is similar to www.theyinproject.com
    Budget is $100 max. I would prefer to not use it all for just the design but I am looking for somebody experienced that can gives a sleek and very professional design.

    The colors used in the design should be mainly green (thinking a lime green) and notre dam gold. Its ok to mix some white in there.
