This is another premium website with the expensive and highly customizable and user friendly thesis theme in use
It is highly customised and looks amazing with high number of comments and wonderful colour scheme
It is fully automated and traffic varies greatly depending on visitor searches at the time
the traffic is slower now but during the track season visitor arrivals explodes (right now the track season is over so visitor arrival is down)

I have only used adsence to monetize but earnings are not good since they are "pennyclicks" (they are displaying phone ads and other random ads on it rather than sprinting ads or high click ads) but using a CPA type gateway with some ebook or content or some clickbank offer would yield a large income for the purchaser. I just do not have the time to do the work since i now work part time and manage other websites and it is becoming a hassle with them all. I would like to concentrate on working on a few sites and making them super.

The domain expires on September 30th 2010 so you have ample time before having to spend any more money.
