Hi - there are a number of XML flight tracker APIs available (just search "flight tracker API" on Google), which should streamline the development. I was quoted between $1,000 and $1,500 by a developer to get it up and running.

 

Reserve has been lowered to $120 (from 150) and BIN has been lowered to $350 (from 500). Thanks!
