Hi, I'm after a design for a Sailing website I manage, it isn't too complicated but I do want something very good. I have: * An existing site and logo + a simple spec for you to work from. I would like: * To see something you've already completed. * To contact you via Skype (probably only via text though). * Quick turn around. * 1 initial template, mostly just a new header, footer and sexy background I think the budget we have for the job is adequate but I'd like someone to quote me on the basis of completing 1 template.
