Selling Custom Design PTC - 3 day auction no reserve!

selling a lot of my sites and i have a PTC site for sale on a 3 day auction
starting bid of $35 is the reserve so 1st to bid can win it!

not sure what the traffic is as awstats is not working for the domain (dunno why)
no revenue being claimed
75 members

earn income with adhitz banners placed on the site as well

site will be upgraded to MRV6 prior to being transferred to new owner
leaving site with current host at $5 per month means you get the script upgrades free!
i have just paid for another month
domain is with godaddy and will be pushed free upon receipt of payment
cpanel and admin login will be provided also
all current advertising that is in place will remain for the benefit of the new owner.

site is relatively new and i have not promoted it much as i dont have the time available due to my other projects
and commitments.

it's a lovely site with some great members and easy to manage for the newbie also.
