I'm looking for a designer who can create custom craigslist ads. I have a few projects that I'm working on now that require these designs. I'm looking for someone who can creatively come up with the ad based on the information I provide and has a quick turn-around time. If you have experience then that's great but I'm willing to work with anyone who fits the criteria. I'm going to base my decision on the rate and portfolio of provider.
