    Will using image ads get my ads flagged faster ? Because I want to hire you to make an image ads for my online store , it means I must post ads in every city , will using the same Image get me in trouble ?

    You will have to ask someone who knows more about it than I do. But from what I understand, as long as you don't use the same image url in more than a couple ads, it shouldn't get flagged. Rename it several times and upload the different versions to your photo host would be my suggestion.
