    I am selling a customly written site, which uses a xhtml/css template and updates by itself.

    Most of sections are self updating but some contain natural articles.

    None of those articles are unique.

    Domain registered at namecheap.

    Traffic and revenue very little, about 15 visits daily and basically no revenue.

    BIN is only 60$.
