The Website

This is a custom built website that includes over 90,000 plants. The database file includes all the plants by their scientific name and symbol.

The site will list relevant information pertaining to the plant, including the plant family it belongs to. You can also search for plants using any one of the criteria's you see in the picture above. Due to the search engine friendly URLs, the site will have many of its pages indexed in Google. You will see new plant listings on the main page after each refresh, so spiders will be indexing new links every time they crawl the main page.

I had plans of selling licenses for a moderately low fee for the script and database, so that others could run similar sites, but I will leave that to you. Once you buy the site, you own the custom coded script and are free to distribute it or sell it.

The Domain

The domain is currently registered at NameCheap and can be pushed to your account. The domain itself is very relevant to the site as well.

BONUS: I will give you the hosting account that the website is currently hosted on, which is at FatCow. I give you the full account and you can do anything you want with it. FatCow offers unlimited hosting, so you are free to host your own sites on it as well!
