Custom Coded php script + design

Hello-

I’m looking for a website that sells sports/concert and theater tickets through the stubhub affilaite program. Looking for a design that will pull all the listings from the stubhub feed, and add them to the page. I need a php script that will pull data from a data feed at stubhub.com

Take these CSV files put them into mysql.

Then a search page that will allow users to search through events by different search ways (state, city, venue, price, team, event , event date, genue, zip, etc..)

The results page will then display the results with appropriate affiliate code added to the links. The search results will also have to show venue info links, venue image in popup with seating chart if available, ticket info, event info, etc..

Basically like http://www.c3scripts.com/stubhub/index.html but in php.
