Selling Custom Coded File Sharing App

I am selling Shot.fm - A custom and unique php file sharing app that I built. I haven't promoted the app at all (I've just being using it myself).

Shot.fm is an advanced file hosting app that allows users to use a drag and drop interface to quickly share files. Files are uploaded to Rackspace Cloud Files (winner of the site will need to setup a free account there).

The design is unique and done by myself - the interface is very slick and requires zero clicks to upload a file.

The domain is very short, highly memorable and brandable. Domain is registered at Godaddy

An app like this has huge potential if promoted. Advertising could easily be added. The source code behind the app is also a valuable asset and there is potential to package it and sell it to other webmasters.

I will offer tech support and help to transfer the site, or it can remain hosted on its current server for as long as you like.

 

In firefox 3.5, IE 9 and safari 5 it shows this: Your browser is not supported. Please download the latest version of Firefox or Google Chrome.

Can you fix this?

 

Yep. When I built the script most browsers didn't support the FileAPI. I've made some tweaks to increase compatibility

 

Have you already made these tweaks? As it doesn't seem to be compatible with IE9, you can't drag the file over.

 

I'll have to look into IE9 - I can't promise that I'll be able to add support for it, but I'll try.

 

Have you had any luck with this? Also, would it be possible to edit the code so the files could be uploaded to the websites server instead of externally?

 

The code could be edited to do upload files locally - but that wont be included in the sale. I could do that modification for an additional fee or recommend a good freelancer.

 

the file actually host at other website? and if wanna buy the script only, how much u charge??? thank

 

THe script is unique to shot.fm and not used on any other website. I am not selling the script by itself only the full website
