custom cms script needed

I need to creat a fully custom cms and it should be fully featured

here is a few of the modules we need to have on this cms

but me i need to make it more powerfull then that above something like

and i can add many extra Material glass , timber wood , veneer and many other .. so it will be very easy to use when they will finesh it will be posted in the admin panel for the staff to review all posted so they can perpare quotation and they will send it or download it pdf in our own template and it will register in the list of the quotation page ..

so could you tell me how that script is done and how we can do it more powerfull then that one .. and also i need to add as much design as i can .. and it should be orgnise example

for entry door for interior door etc so i will be hearing your seggestion and list of feature of this ..

Projact system

options add projact
me or my staff that i'm giving the permisson they can add projact to perpare it for contract in our own templates and ready to download it as pdf in the page of the projact there should be options add extra work and add materials expansive and add receivable and i can upload images or file or add comment's

ok regarding form system i can cancel as long as i dont need the projact to be upi need to build custom form one

in the add projact i need a page when i select it or my staff can have easy way to creat a very quick quotation and it will come in very good custom templates our own company . check this link

and the other form i need online it will be for the client every where need to use .. anther form for job applying etc i may buy the script from http://www.appnitro.com becz that one can't do quote-request for door the way i need .. it may do some other i dont no if you have some seggestion for this then till me .. but the projact i dont need it to be to much ..

Gallery system

i need the gallery idea same the one here

i will have option to get all the code etc check that site.
but that is just upload site so me i need the feature of that site in my gallery system i need it to be very orgnize esy to use .. have a watermark and more source of copying the images rightclick etc..

i dont need it very big photo gallery like ipb gallery or photopost etc.. i need it for company and custom build gallery and it have good looking .

the idea of this page all the projact i have work for .. i will be adding them in this page with the totel of the amount name of the projact some field needed and uploading photo .. in the home page i will have state like freelancer.com
