Custom Blog Theme

Hi guys.

I want to build backlinks quickly to a website or two.

So what I'd like to do is have a nice looking wordpress theme designed and place a link to my site on the template pointing back to my website. I want to give the theme away for free. The more people using it, the more backlinks I get.

How much would it cost to have a theme designed and programmed for me? And is it worth it?

Alternatively, does anyone know if it is possible to "sponsor" a theme. Take a theme already being created or designed and simply sponsor it? I assume this would be more economical than having a wordpress theme built from scratch.

Now that's a good idea. I'm not sure offhand the best way to go about that but if you find out please do share. Actually if I go back to making themes finding sponsors for them would be a great idea.

Does anyone know how much it costs to get a theme coded? There a lot of people selling the graphics of wordpress sites, but very few people have the sites coded. How much on avergae does this cost?

 

You could go and check out the services section (i think it's the services section) Alternatively, check out the content creation (I think it might be in there.) or ask about in the graphics design section of the forum.

There's plenty of coders here who would do the job for ya thats for sure.
