Cursor Hover Zoom In Effect

    I am trying to create the cursor hover zoom-in effect in Blogger, but it doesn't seem to work properly. The left and top side of the image move as it zooms back.

    So I added in a border to check the problem. I found the image is not properly aligned in the box (attached).
    How do I fix this? hover effect.JPG
