    I just saw that some are normal, some are bold, and some are bright green...
    why?

    Administrators are bold
    Users that can't post (hasn't validated their email address) are grey
    Users that can't post live links or use signatures (less than 10 posts) are bright green
    Users that can't post in Buy/Sell/Trade (less than 25 posts) are medium green
    Banned users are red
    All others are dark green
